Course Overview: CIBTAC Level 3 Beauty Therapy

A FULL LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION INCLUDES ALL THE LEVEL 2 BEAUTY THERAPY CRITERIA, LEVEL 3 ELECTRICAL FACIAL AND ALSO BODY MASSAGE AND ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY

For the Level 3 Diploma All level 2 criteria will be delivered and then the Electrical Facial Syllabus:

All the theoretical and practical applications of:

  • Skin analysis and treatment prescriptions

  • Galvanic applications (Iontophoresis and desincrustation)

  • High Frequency applications (Direct and Indirect)

  • Vacuum Suction

  • Faradic and Microcurrent Application

  • Steaming/deep cleansing techniques

The Body Massage and anatomy and physiology Unit of the Level 3 qualification will be completed during FRIDAY sessions.

This unit can also be taken as a separate qualification by Therapists with an existing
Level 2 qualification.

Level 3 Beauty Therapy Courses run every Monday/Tuesday and Friday.

Full Level 3 cost: £7,590

The next course commences on Monday 25th September 2023.

Sessions run from 9.30am – 2.30pm

You can progress onto our Level 3 Qualifications at anytime – adding Facial Electrical Applications which runs as a separate add-on course on Mondays/Tuesdays in January and Body Massage and Anatomy and Physiology which runs on Fridays.

Our Body Massage and Anatomy and Physiology Course
commences on Friday 12th January 2024 with the anticipated Exam March 2024.

The Level 3 Body Massage syllabus consists of all relevant underpinning theory and practical of:

  • The Integumentary system

  • Muscular system

  • Skeletal system

  • Nervous system

  • Digestive system

  • Excretory/urinary system

  • Circulatory system

  • Lymphatic system

  • Endocrine system

  • Accessory organs (Breast, eyes, ears)

  • Respiratory system.

  • The history of body massage

  • Massage movements – benefits and applications

  • Heat treatments

  • Postural analysis

  • Consultation

  • Treatment planning/aftercare

  • Health & safety, hygiene, contra indications, contra actions, professionalism.

  • Business

These more advanced Level 3 services are sought after in Beauty Salons and Spas and may represent the skills of the more senior therapist at one of these businesses. As a mobile or self-employed therapist these additional skills could attract a wider client base and so provide a good progression route once Level 2 has been achieved.

Payment details: Upon acceptance we require £1000 deposit 1 month prior to the course commencing  and then we are happy to accept full payment on the start date of the Course or tailor make a 0% payment plan over the duration of your course to suit your requirements if necessary. We do not offer any discounts or refunds.
